bad mom

geez i don't remember the last time i went so long without writing something. well i've left my camera in the car - so the only recent pic i have is from the car this morning - she's into headbands right now so she wanted me to take a picture of her - not sure you can really see it though. oh and the scratch on her nose - her story is that a girl at school threw something at her - but i'm not 100% sure what happened. but ask her - as aunt jeni can attest - she'll tell you a fun story.

for Easter - her cousin Breanna was supposed to take a cute picture of her in her easter dress, but she had the camera backwards and took a picture of herself. in this day and age with digital - you would think she'd have realized this immediately, but oh well. Kendall loves the easter dress so i'll put her in it again and get a picture. She was afraid the easter bunny was going to come in her room and get her - but when she realized easter morning that the easter bunny brings things, she was okay with the thought. and according to her, the easter bunny is a girl. she got a Leapster and has hardly set it down since. and as usual - it goes under her pillow at night. she takes it everywhere. she was not happy the other day when grandpa started playing it when she went potty. she will soon realize that grandpa will never grow up.

in the afternoon Kendall went to grandma and grandpa millers for Easter lunch. Her and jack were attached at the hip. And "yack" is all she has talked about since.

Daddy is laid off right now - not fun for him - but he has been picking kendall up from daycare everyday - VERY NICE for mom.

For those of you who know my dad's side of the family - they are VERY Christian Reformed. Well, we had a bridal shower on Saturday and prayed before we started eating, and at the end of the prayer Kendall did what she learned at her catholic daycare "in the name of the fodder, son, howy sprit, amen" - the look on everyone's face was priceless!!!!!
